Airport Resort Phuket - Nai Yang

Consider asking the front desk for local dining recommendations. They helped me find an excellent nearby restaurant with authentic Thai cuisine.

It was stylish, brand-new and with a bathtub.

Fairly clean property with very-very nice staff in front of us to laugh to the other staff member. Gorgeous food in the restaurant, great breakfast with fresh eggs. Quiet and ideal hotel, 5 km from Phuket airport.

The room was clean and comfy, but the shower had yellow water, a bit dodgy! On the bright side, the airport shuttle was heaps handy.

We didn't want to leave, this hotel is extremely convenient and quiet!!!

The hotel is fairly clean with free parking. Make sure you stay in the a double room with nice bedding and comfy bed and the shower. The location is good, 15 minutes' walk to Naiyang Beach.

From the free pick up at the airport onwards the staff could not have been nicer. Check in slick, quick and friendly and our room was spotless, large and comfy with everything a normal hotel room should have. Food was basic but well cooked and tasty and unlike other more expensive places the food, breakfast and tea were all served hot. Stunning value for what we paid, dead close to the airport but quiet and relaxing. Nice pool. Also internet and business services very cheap. We will certainly stay here again when we are in Phuket

Small personal gripe, no gym

Had a decent stay! The pool area was nice, and the free shuttle to the beach made our evening perfect. A couple of hiccups like the shower flooding the bathroom, but overall, can't complain too much for the price.

Staff were nice, resort was good, breakfast was average but great value for money. Free lifts to the beach and airport before 6pm. Free wifi and they even arranged a late checkout for us which was appreciated. Perfect for anyone staying overnight for a plane or a quick business trip but not for a long period of time.

To say the resort is new this year the rooms could have done with a scrub. Not bad but not the best. The location is good but too far to walk comfortably to anything.

Close to airport, free transport to airport and beach

Lady at front desk did never smile, didn´t say welcome at arrival, Gave us cheeper room than we paid fore, gave us new when we told her but without any excuse. Not helpful at all- never seen this in Thailand before!! Poor breakfast and expensive food. This hotel need more experienced staff!!!

The airport shuttle service was very convenient for travels.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The air conditioning in my villa was not functioning properly. I also faced frequent issues with the shower, which didn't have consistent hot water, leading to a frustrating stay. I noticed several maintenance issues around the resort that detracted from its overall appearance.

We stayed 1 night only. We chose this location becuse it was so close to the Phuket airport and we were flying back to Australia the next day. It was convienient and very good value for money. It was nicer than I expected for such a low cost resort and spa.

There wasnt much to do around this area.

Very close to the airport. Very clean and quiet. Fantastic free pick up and drop off at airport. Free fast wifi in room.

easy access to parks and nearby attractions for city exploration

The staff on reception were friendly and the room was clean with plenty of space, making my stay quite pleasant while being just a few steps away from Wat Mongkol Wararam, a lovely landmark for a morning stroll, and only a short walk to the Night Market where you can explore local culture and cuisine.

Peaceful location with particularly nice views. Comfortable beds & a nice size rooms. Tasty food for dinner and breakfast...

Staff was very friendly. The room facilities are very basic and not luxurious, but for the price it was good.
